Katie Bishop is a certified energy healer and the visionary founder of the Earth Bishop Practice. Katie is on a mission to liberate and help others get “unstuck” from energetic blockages, allowing them to identify and embody their innate gifts in alignment with the soul’s journey. Ragnhild G. isdahl
Born in Norway but raised across the US, England, France, and Norway, Ragnhild embodies a modern-day Viking with a deep connection to her adventurous ancestry. Her DNA compels her to explore new horizons, mirroring the sagas of her forebearers. Formerly an international luxury brand specialist and product developer, Ragnhild, rooted in her Nordic heritage, is passionately drawn to nature, holistic health, wellness, and the metaphysical.
In 2001, a transformative trip to India ignited Ragnhild's exploration of yoga and meditation, expanding her understanding of the human body, mind, heart and soul.
A lifelong interest in the power of creativity and the mind's potential has driven Ragnhild to integrate insights from both the left and right brain, generating fresh ideas. Since an early age and growing up far from her native homeland, she has been intrigued by her Viking heritage, bestowed with an ancestral name meaning "battle advisor."

Hermeticism is based on the alchemical journey of the soul through the human experience. Therefore, an understanding of the Hermetic Principles is a necessity for one’s own personal growth, spiritual awakening, and ability to activate transcendent powers within.

WHAT ARE THE HERMETIC PRINCIPLES
After practicing many kinds of yoga, meditation and other holistic practices for more than 25 years, Ragnhild became a certified meditation coach in 2020 and started leading meditations online to help people deal with fear and uncertainty. Fascinated by the frontier between spirituality and science, she decided to deepen her practice and continue the journey inward with the study of Yoga Nidra. She created The New Viking to lead people on retreats - expeditions "without and within” - and share her curiosity and passion for exploring the mysteries of the human experience with others.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation - a state between waking and sleeping - induced by listening to a guided meditation. Yoga nidra is an ancient yogic practice that is easy and pleasant, it is practiced lying down in a comfortable position. This ancient practice is known to have multiple benefits for overall health and wellness such as: improved sleep, enhanced focus and creativity, easier absorption of new knowledge and information, access to inner guidance and mental clarity, as well as reduced anxiety and stress by calming the autonomic nervous system.

Astrology and historical context with George H. Lewis
George learned astrology first with famed astrologer Monty Taylor, Jungian astrologer and the last student of Dr. Emoto, and with Frank Andrews, psychic and tarot astrologer to the stars. He quickly adopted his own multidimensional technique based on the wisdom and science of this ancient practice. Over the years he has honed his approach and uses a combination of chart reading with intuitive insights, combined with music, frequencies and sound healing. During the course of this journey George will give multiple illuminating talks on the origins and historical context of the hermetics and the astrological connections.
